Well I don’t think that baking soda will work, or at least it did not for me. I don’t and have not smoked,so me teeth my not be as bad as what yours are I don’t know just saying, But I used peroxide for coffee stains after bushing my teeth for a week and my teeth did look whiter now. Is it good as bleaching no but it dose work. What I did was take a small amount like a cap full put it in my mouth and add some water then brushed my teeth with it, and It dose help. on most bottles it will have directions for how to do it.
